Section 01

Full Site Disclaimer

This platform operates exclusively as an independent, non-commercial directory of third-party resources. The information provided across this website is compiled from personal lived experience, rigorous public research, and a dedicated effort to assist individuals navigating the structural challenges of living with a chronic illness. All content, tools, guides, and resource listings are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes only.

This hub was built from our personal experience living with Multiple Sclerosis. While its roots are in the MS community, the grants, programs, tools, and strategies cataloged here may be useful to individuals and caregivers managing a wide range of chronic conditions. The content is not tailored to any single diagnosis.

Section 02

No Professional Advice

The founder, developers, and platform creators are not medical doctors, licensed attorneys, caseworkers, certified financial planners, or registered investment advisors. Nothing on this website constitutes or should ever be substituted for professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, legal counsel, or financial planning.

Statutory definitions, assistance program regulations, grant caps, waiver limits, and medical protocols change frequently based on state and federal legislative cycles. A resource strategy that functions successfully for one individual may not apply to another due to differing personal asset thresholds, regional program caps, or clinical eligibility criteria.

Prior to implementing any financial strategy, submitting legal applications, applying for public benefit programs, or altering an established healthcare routine, you should consult with a qualified, credentialed professional including a licensed physician, a state caseworker, or a certified financial planner. Your reliance on any information found on this platform is executed completely at your own risk.

Section 03

Independence & Zero-Compensation Declaration

This website operates with complete operational and financial independence. We are not officially associated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or financially connected to any of the third-party organizations, government agencies, non-profit entities, or private corporations cataloged within this directory.

We maintain a strict zero-compensation model:

  • No affiliate commissions or referral bonuses are accepted.
  • No financial kickbacks or material incentives are generated from user click-through actions.
  • No priority placement or paid search visibility options are sold to listed entities.
  • Our website does not run commercial ad networks or hidden tracking scripts tied to corporate sponsorships.

All directory records are curated neutrally and independently based solely on their practical utility to the chronic illness community.

Section 04

Accuracy, Availability & External Links

We do not guarantee the structural accuracy, completeness, or systemic reliability of any information cataloged here. We assume no legal responsibility for third-party program closures, sudden funding depletion, or shifts in program eligibility requirements. Users must conduct independent primary verification of all program details directly with the sponsoring organization prior to executing financial or contractual applications.

Where we note that a listing is "verified," that means we have checked that the web link resolves and that the listed contact information was confirmed at the time of our last review. It does not mean we have vetted the organization's internal practices, financial health, or program availability.

Hyperlinks to external web domains are offered strictly as a convenience. We possess no operational control, security oversight, or editorial authority over external platforms. We cannot guarantee the digital safety, encryption, or compliance of any external website. Navigating away from this platform via provided hyperlinks is done entirely at your own discretion and risk.
